ABSTRACT
Objetivou-se sistematizar os estudos que adotam o conceito de Nicho de Desenvolvimento, e utilizá-lo para compreender o desenvolvimento na velhice. Foram identificados seis artigos, todos abordando a temática do desenvolvimento na infância; dentre as limitações dos estudos, cita-se a falta de padronização na investigação dos subsistemas do nicho. Destaca-se a necessidade de maiores investigações sobre a relação entre o contexto, a pessoa em desenvolvimento, e as características psicológicas de seus cuidadores.
The objective was to systematize the studies that adopt the concept of Development Niche and use it to understand the development in old age. Six articles were identified, all addressing the theme of development in childhood, among the limitations of the studies cited the lack of standardization in the investigation of the niche subsystems. It highlights the need for further research on the relationship between the context, the developing person and the psychological characteristics of their caregivers.
