ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVES@#To study the efficacy of family rehabilitation treatment performed by parents under the guidance of professionals in children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).@*METHODS@#In the prospective study, 60 children with ASD, aged 24-60 months, were randomly divided into an observation group and a conventional group. The parents of the children in the conventional group received an online training on basic knowledge and rehabilitation training of ASD alone, and those in the observation group received the online training and performed family rehabilitation treatment under the guidance of a professional team. Psycho-Education Profile Third Edition (PEP-3) and Childhood Autism Rating Scale (CARS) were used to evaluate the changes in related abilities after intervention.@*RESULTS@#After 6 months of intervention, the scores of all dimensions of the PEP-3 scale in the observation group and most dimensions of the conventional group significantly increased (@*CONCLUSIONS@#An online training on basic knowledge and rehabilitation training of ASD for parents can improve the abilities and core clinical symptoms of children with ASD. The family rehabilitation treatment model with a team of professionals as the resource platform and parents as the performer has a more significant efficacy on improving the language, sports, and other abilities and alleviating the severity of the symptoms in children with ASD.

ABSTRACT

Chemokines and receptors have been implicated in the pathogenesis of chronic pain. Here, we report that spinal nerve ligation (SNL) increased CXCR3 expression in dorsal root ganglion (DRG) neurons, and intra-DRG injection of Cxcr3 shRNA attenuated the SNL-induced mechanical allodynia and heat hyperalgesia. SNL also increased the mRNA levels of CXCL9, CXCL10, and CXCL11, whereas only CXCL10 increased the number of action potentials (APs) in DRG neurons. Furthermore, in Cxcr3

ABSTRACT

Objective:To study MTDH and PDCD1O level in colorectal cancer and its clinical significance. Methods:Between December 2014 and December 2015,55 cases of colorectal cancer and 55 intestinal polyps were selected as the research object.Real-time fluorescence quantitative technology(RT-PCR) was used to detect MTDH and PDCD10.Results:By RT-PCR detection,Colorectal cancer tissue MTDH,PDCD10 mRNA was higher than tissue adjacent to carcinoma, colon polyps group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),and MTDH,PDCD10 mRNA level comparison of tissue adjacent to carcinoma, intestinal polyp tissue, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).MTDH,PDCD10 mRNA level of colorectal cancer tissues showed no significant difference between the patients with different age, gender (P>0.05),and with the increase of patients with malignant degree,MTDH,PDCD10 mRNA level was rising,MTDH,PDCD10 expression in colorectal cancer tissues was associated with liver metastasis,TNM staging, lymph node metastasis.MTDH,PDCD10 expression in the organization of Ⅲ-Ⅳ,with liver metastasis and lymph node metastasis of colorectal cancer patients, was higher than Ⅰ-Ⅱ,no liver metastasis and lymph node metastasis of colorectal cancer patients (P<0.05).MTDH expression in colorectal cancer tissues positively correlated with the expression of PDCD10 (r=0.409,P=0.409).Conclusions:Expressions of MTDH,PDCD10 in colorectal cancer tissues were higher than normal tissue and intestinal polyp tissues.MTDH,PDCD10 of colorectal cancer tissues associated with TNM stages, differentiation degree, distant metastasis, liver metastasis.

ABSTRACT

Objective To establish a rat model of middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO)by blockage or obstruction of middle cerebral artery. NO precursor L-Arginine (L-ARG) and NO donator Nitroglycerine (NG)are administrated from intraearotid arteries. DWI and PWI are applied to evaluate blood circulation and brain damage of the effected region to elucidate the piotective function of L-ARG and NG in the early stage of brain ischemia. Methods The middle cerebral artery was occluded by insertion of a suture through the internal carotid artery of SD male rats to duplicate ischemia-reperfusion model. Reperfusion was established by suture withdrawal. After 2 hours of blockage, reperfusion and administrate L-ARG,NG by interventional therapy through the internal carotid artery simultaneously. Image indexes such as T1WI, T2WI, DWI and PWI are utilized to assess the changes in different time points. These indexes, Longa score and TTC stain were compared. Results There were obvious decrease in DWI high signal region and Trc pale region in drugs groups, compared with MCAO group(P<0.01).ADC and rADC values in DWI high signal region increased gradually from 2 hours after ischemia to 24 hours after reperfusion in each group. ADC and rADC values in DWI high signal region of the drugs groups increased obviously(P<0.01).Conclusion Interventional therapy with NO precursor/donator showed significant protective function in the early stage of brain ischemia.
