ABSTRACT
Objective To explore the current situation of nurses′ working values, working environment and head nurses′ leadership style. To explore the influence factors of nurses′ working environment and head nurse′s leadership style on nurses′working values. Methods By applying random stratified sampling, 499 clinical nurses without administrative titles in 6 hospitals were selected. Questionnaires were adopted as the main research tool. Results Score of nurses′ working values was 3.52 ± 0.56. Score of nurses′working environment was 3.03 ± 0.44. Score of head nurses′transformational leadership style was 2.70 ± 0.76, and score of head nurses′transactional leadership style was 2.23 ± 0.47. Working environment, transformational leadership style and transactional leadership style were positively correlated with nurses′working values (P=0.452, 0.371, 0.234). Conclusions Working values of nurses in general public hospitals of Changsha city is at moderate level. By improving nurses′ working environment and head nurses adopting positive leadership, and in particular, proposing beneficial measures for improving a solid nursing foundation for quality of care, sufficient human resources and intellectual stimulation, nurses′working values can be improved.

ABSTRACT
Good self-management behaviors can control symptoms of the patients with osteoarthritis, improve the patients' joint function and quality of life. Patients' self-management behaviors have been impacted by disease knowledge, self-effcacy, emotional state, and social support. All the above factors should been taken into full consideration when intervening. Self-management program is an intervention mode which can improve patient self-management behaviors and promote patient health.
ABSTRACT
Objective To investigate the efficacy of playing games for improving the angle of genu recurvatum in children with spastic cerebral palsy. MethodsFifty children with spastic cerebral palsy were randomly assigned into a control group (25 cases) and an experimental group (25 cases).The children in both groups were treated using conventional comprehensive rehabilitation and guided family rehabilitation.The children in the experimental group also played games in addition to the conventional rehabilitation practices.The angle of genu recurvatum was assessed using a protractor before and after treatment. ResultsNo significant difference in any item was observed between the two groups before treatment.There was a significant difference in the angle of genu recurvatum after 6 months of treatment. ConclusionPlaying games has evident clinical efficacy in improving the angle of genu recurvatum of children with spastic cerebral palsy.

Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of ferulic acid in Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction. Methods A Kromasil C18(250 mm ×4. 6 mm, 5 μm) column was adopted. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0. 085 % phos-phoric acid(17 : 83)with the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The column temperature was at 35 ℃ and detection wavelength was set at 316 nm. Results A good linearity of ferulic acid was in the range of 0. 0252μg to 0. 504μg and r=0. 999 9. The average recovery was 100. 15 % and RSD=1.69 %. Conclusion The method is simple and rapid, and it is suitable for the determi-nation of ferulic acid in Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction.

Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of galuteolin in Qingyan buccal tablets.Methods A Phenomenex luna C18 column served as stationary phase and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.5 %glacial acetic acid,gradient elution with the flow rate of 1 mL?min-1.The column temperature was 25 ℃and detection wavelength was 350 nm.Results A good linearity of galuteolin was in the range of 0.077 12 ?g～0.771 2 ?g and r=0.999 6.The average recovery of galuteolin was 101.35 %and RSD=1.58 %.Conclusion This method is simple,sensitive,accurate,and will provide evidence for the determination of galuteolin in compound preparations.

AIM: To study the influencing factors of static adsorpting process of extract of Herba Artemisiae scopariae with macroporous resin,and determine the refinement process. METHODS: The absorbances and the adsorption quantity of caffeotannic acid were used as indexes,the adsorption effect of 9 kinds of macroporous resin and static adsorption curve of F resin;density and pH of the extract liquor were investigated by use of factorial experiment;HPLC fingerprint of extract of Herba Artemisiae scopariae were evaluated the adsorption effect.(RESULTS:) The adsorpting effect were different among types of macroporous resin,and the adsorpting equilibrium time was 6 h in the use of F resin;Density and pH of the extract liquor are important factors of adsorption;The experiment indicated that decreased liquor by this process were important factors of adsorption;The experiment indicated that this process decreased the yield of extract by 2.5%. CONCLUSION: The result can offer information about the determination of refinement process of extract of Herba Artemisiae scopariae with macroporous resin.
