ABSTRACT
This reserch aimed at anlyzing and comparing the results obtained in 699 candidates to the university from 1989 to 1992 by means of the Raven Advanced Matrices Intelligence Test. An analysis of the results enabled us to conclude that in 1990 the candidates obtained significantly lower scores than those of the other years. Besides the results obtained, in 1989 and 1992 they were better than those of the other two years as far as intellectual performance is concerned

O presente estudo teve como objetivo verificar as características psicológicas em 40 universitários de 17 a 23 anos de idade, recém-ingressas em curso superior da área de saúde, através do Psicodiagnóstico de Rorschach. Ao analisarmos os resultados obtidos, no que concerne à estrutura e dinâmica da personalidade, pudemos observar em algumas examinandas tanto a nível manifesto quanto latente um relacionamento interpessoal extroversivo com inteligência prática e relaçöes instáveis. Outras, a nível manifesto, apresentaram contato coartado, formal e desinteresse em se vincular afetivamente e a nível latente um relacionamento introversivo com inteligência criativa e ligaçäo afetiva estável e profunda
