ABSTRACT
Atualmente a Implantodontia é uma especialidade que promove uma excelente previsibilidade nas reabilitações estético-funcionais simples e complexas, graças ao desenvolvimento científico e tecnológico que ocorreu desde a descoberta da osseointegração. Um planejamento complexo, utilizando tomografias e programas computadorizados permitem, atualmente, ao Cirurgião Dentista, determinar a posição e a profundidade exata em que os implantes serão instalados previamente à cirurgia com o auxílio de um guia cirúrgico. Estas ferramentas permitem a confecção prévia de uma prótese provisória que será instalada imediatamente após a precisa fixação dos implantes durante o procedimento cirúrgico. O objetivo deste trabalho é descrever uma técnica modificada de instalação de implantes osseointegrados com a utilização de carga imediata e cirurgia sem retalho - minimamente invasiva, no mesmo dia do procedimento cirúrgico.
Currently the Implant Science is a speciality that promotes an excelent predictable aesthetic and functional result a simple and complex rehabiblitation, thanks to scientific and technological development that has occured since the discovery of the osseointegration. The use of computed tomography and computer programs can now help the dentist to determine the exact position and depth in which the implants will be installed prior to surgery using surgical guide. These tools allow the construction of a temporay prosthesis that will be installed immediately after the precise setting of the implants. The am of this paper is to describe a modified technique for installation of osseointegrated implants with the use of immediate load and through a minimally invasive surgery (a flapless surgery).
