ABSTRACT
INTRODUÇÃO: As Rede Sociais podem ser entendidas como um conjunto de participantes autônomos, reunidos por ideias, recursos, valores e interesses compartilhados. No Distrito Federal, existem mais de 19 Redes Sociais Locais, que abrangem a maioria das localidades do Distrito Federal. Em 2013, ocorreu o I Encontro de Redes Sociais, e em 2017, o segundo encontro, ambos na Fundação Oswaldo Cruz de Brasília, em colaboração com diversos atores sociais do território. OBJETIVO: Apresentar o processo de co-criação metodológica do II Encontro de Redes Sociais Locais para a produção de ambientes socais mais autônomos e horizontais. METODOLOGIA: Foi adotada abordagem qualitativa, com a junção das metodologias de pesquisa-ação e pesquisa participante. RESULTADOS: Para a interação com as redes e co-criação deste processo metodológico, podemos destacar algumas ações, entre elas: participação nas reuniões das redes sociais locais; formação de um coletivo gestor do processo; plano de comunicação; mapa de interesses; circuito de oficinas; co-criação do momento do II Encontro de Redes Sociais Locais; momento do Encontro de Redes Sociais Locais. CONSIDERAÇÕES FIANIS: esta construção mostra uma multiplicidade de possibilidades de organização e rearranjos territoriais locais, em contraponto a hierarquização e setorização das políticas públicas. Para a construção coletiva de métodos colaborativos, mais autônomos e horizontais é necessário tempo, compromisso, disponibilidade e engajamento. As instituições participantes mudaram a postura de intervenção para outra de interação e co-criação, como forma de não institucionalizar o processo.
INTRODUCTION: Social Networking can be understood as a set of autonomous participants, united by shared ideas, resources, values and interests. In the Federal District, there are more than 19 Local Social Networks, which cover most of the locations of the Federal District. In 2013, the 1st Meeting of Social Networks took place, and in 2017, the second meeting, both at the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation in Brasília, in collaboration with various social actors in the territory. OBJECTIVE: To present the process of methodological co-creation of the Second Meeting of Local Social Networks for the production of more autonomous and horizontal social environments. METHODOLOGY: A qualitative approach was adopted, with the combination of research-action methodologies and participant research. RESULTS: For the interaction with the networks and co-creation of this methodological process, we can highlight some actions, among them: participation in the meetings of local social networks; formation of a collective manager of the process; communication plan; map of interests; workshop circuit; co-creation of the moment of II Meeting of Local Social Networks; moment of Meeting of Local Social Networks. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: this construction shows a multiplicity of possibilities of local organization and territorial rearrangements, in counterpoint to the hierarchy and sectorization of public policies. For the collective construction of collaborative, more autonomous and horizontal methods it takes time, commitment, availability and engagement. Participating institutions changed the intervention posture to another one of interaction and co-creation, as a way of not institutionalizing the process.
