ABSTRACT

The post menopausal metrorrhagia is a frequent syndrome. The diagnosis must suspect a cancer until the contrary is proved. As the interview and the clinical examination of the patient is often difficult, we need some complementary examinations in order to pr‚cis the real origin of the bleeding. Is it a benign lesion or a malignant one

ABSTRACT

In this study we report twenty observations of therapeutic abortions combined at the C.H.U. Maternity, Rabat. After a brief reminder of the history and legislation enfonced, we expose these twenty cases concerned in the study on the indications of these abortions, It results in, that 50% were imposed by a maternal pathology; 45% due to ionized radiations or due to an aggresive therapeutic for the foetus;and lastly 5% have been indicated due to contracting german measles. In conclusion we insist on the necessity of preventing these different situations by treating maternal diseases under the form of efficacious and non teratogenic medicines for the expectant mother, this would eliminate therapeutic abortions
