ABSTRACT
The infectious localisation during the endocarditis is generally done on the valves themselves. In this work, we report 6 cases of vegetations rare localisations: one time on the interventricular septum, one time on the pulmonary artery trunk far from the sigmoid, two times on the mitral cords inclusively and two times on the tricuspid valve. These different localizations were seen thanks to the bidimensional echo-cardiography. The T.M echo was useful to the diagnosis putting in evidence the fine haired aspect with fine viluations of these vegetations. In an infectious context in a cardiac, these rare localizations underline the importance of a large systematic research of these vegetations on all the heart -structures and the susorificial portion of great arterial trunks, more easy research by the bidimentional echography
