Radiographic visualization of the carpal and digital sheaths in equines

Radiographic visualization of the carpal and digital sheaths in normal and chronic tenosynovitis in horses and donkeys were studied. The sheaths of horses appeared longer than these of donkeys. Marked extension, adhesions, fibrosis and obliteration of the cavity in chronic disorders were recorded and discussed
