ABSTRACT
The auhors report 42 cases of tissue loss in the nose, in all cases secondary to cancer ablation.The reconstructive techniques were various, using mainly local flaps, at the same time as the tumour removal. Indications depend on anatomical location, extent and depth of tissue loss. Cosmetic results are very satisfactory but it was necessary to touch up some flaps to obtain best results
