ABSTRACT
The Authors report 2 cases of diaphragmatic hernia of that. One is postraumatic, strangulated and has cause the death of the patient. The wiIdness of this complication and the mildness of the surgery on time leads to consider the surgical treatment as the best attitude towards any diagnosed hernia
