145 cases of ectopic pregnancy have been collected from the central maternite of Rabat. The authors show important maternal morbidity. In front of the unexploined frequency of this affection, and in front of the very variable clinical symptoms, the authors put the importance of every paraclinical examination to diagnose early ectopic pregnancy. An epidemiology analysis was done a propose of 164 haemorrhagic cases of the third trimester of pregnancy. 49% due to placenta praevia 25% the rupture of the uterus, and 24% to incidental haemorrhage [haematome retroplacentase In 3% of cases the etiology is not known [rest undetermined] inspite of the research, the authors group them under [idiopathic haemorrhage]. We are just starting to understand the complexity and the multiple factors influencing the natural choice of genders. ABSTRACT

The influence of the socio-economics, of certain religious considerations and traditional has been studied on the high multipare from 400 cases collected at Hassan II hospital centre in Agadir from the 1st July till the last December 1983.From one hand we tried to make an exact statistic analysis to put the evidence on the effect of the socio-economic conditions on labours. On the other hand the role of these cases make us to clear and understand the role of the multiple pregnancies and labors of these high multipare in the estimation goal, in the effect of these different factors on the condition of mother and child
