ABSTRACT
Cervical lymphadenitis is a common problem encountered in otolaryngology clinics. We report a case of 21 year old girl with cervical lymphadenitis which was thoroughly investigated and finally on excision biopsy revealed histiocytic necrotizing lymphadenitis also called "Kikuchi Lymphadenitis"
