Introduction of a new anesthetic tube for pharyngo - tracheal ventilation

Cuffed pharyngeal tube [CPT] is an anesthetic device designed to prevent the upper respiratory tract obstruction prior to ventilation. This innovation is based on elimination of obstruction caused by sagging epiglottis-tongue complex during unconsciousness. Using this new tube, I have performed successfully 350 intubations including 12 difficult cases
