Primitive umbilical endometriosis coexisting with urachal cyst

Umbilical Endometriosis is rare, especially in the postmenopausal woman and without previous pelvic surgery. Urachal cysts are rare too and usually are asymptomatic; they are more frequent in children and, among adults, in men. In this unusual case report we report a primary umbilical endometriosis established in a menopausal 50 year-old woman coexisting with urachal cyst
