ABSTRACT
O objetivo desse trabalho foi descrever um caso de uma reabilitação de mandíbula desdentada, através de um protocolo com carga imediata provisória. Após a inserção de quatro implantes 4,1 x 13 mm hexágono externo Sin (Sistema de Implantes) e dos minipilares (2 retos e 2 angulados), foi realizada a moldagem de transferência dos mesmos. Sobre esse modelo, coifas provisórias foram posicionadas, onde o registro e montagem dos dentes foram realizados. Após prova dos dentes em boca, o trabalho foi acrilizado com resina termoativada e ajustada em boca. Conclui-se que a utilização da carga imediata provisória aumenta a previsibilidade dessa modalidade de reabilitação, pois possibilita ao profissional eventuais alterações durante a confecção do trabalho definitivo
The aim of this study was to report the case of an edentulous mandible rehabilitation. After the placement of four 4.1 x 13 mm SIN external hexagon implants and mini-pilars (2 straigth and 2 angled), and impression of them was made. Over this model, provisional coping were placed, where the register and assemble of the teeth were performed. After the try on of the teeth, the work was acrylized with thermoactivated resin and adjusted to the mouth. It was concluded that the utilization of immediate provisional load increases the previsibility of of this rehabilitation modality, because it allows the professional to make eventual changes during the manufacture of the definitive work
