ABSTRACT

A cross-sectional randomized study was carried out in which breast examination was done to clients attending the contraceptive clinic taken randomly regardless type of contraceptive they use. The results showed that out of 990 clients, 774 were using any type of contraceptive. The users of hormonal contraceptive were 67% of them. A nipple discharge was found in 47 cases out of the total clients. The non-milk discharge was present in 31 cases. The cytology for either cases or milk discharge showed no abnormal cells [AU benign]
