ABSTRACT

Identificar na literatura como a educação em saúde aliada à prática da enfermagem pode facilitar o processode cuidar em enfermagem no ambiente hospitalar. Método: Revisão Integrativa realizada na base de dados LILACS. Oscritérios de inclusão adotados consideraram estudos disponíveis na integra em português, publicados nos últimos 10 anos (2000 a 2010) Resultados: Após leitura e análise dos artigos foram elaboradas três categorias temáticas: Educação em saúde e a enfermagem; O educar através do modelo vertical e horizontal; e contexto hospitalar. Conclusão: Ossaberes não podem ser simplesmente transferidos, mas instigados aos educadores, neste caso, o sujeito- cliente, a serem sujeitos reais na "construção e da reconstrução" com o educador, ambos inseridos no processo de cuidar e educar em saúde, seja no ambiente hospitalar ou não.

Método: Revisión Integral, celebrada en la base de datos LILACS. Los criterios de inclusión considerados en los estudios completo disponible en portugués, publicado en los últimos 10 años (2000 a 2010) Resultados: Después de leer y analizar los artículos se han elaborado tres categorías temáticas: educación para la salud y de enfermería; Educar a través del modelo vertical y horizontal, y el hospital. Conclusión: El conocimiento no puede limitarse a ser transferidos, pero instigado a los educadores en este caso, el cliente individual, los sujetos reales son la "construcción y reconstrucción" del educador, tanto inserta en el proceso de atención y educación para la salud, es en el hospital o no.


Objective: To identify in literature and education in allied health nursing practice can facilitate the process of nursing care in the hospital. Method: Integrative Review held in LILACS database. The inclusion criteria considered in full studies available in Portuguese, published in the last 10 years (2000 to 2010). Results: After reading and analyzing the articles were drawn up three thematic categories: Health education and nursing; Educating through the vertical model and horizontal, and the hospital. Conclusion: Knowledge can not simply be transferred, but instigated the educators in this case, the individual client, the real subjects are the "building and rebuilding" the educator, both inserted in the process of care and health education, is in the hospital or not.

ABSTRACT

This is a dissertation project of professional nursing care to validate the information from a nursing history form to be implemented in a teaching hospital in the State of Rio de Janeiro. Objective: To propose a model of nursing history to assess the growth and development in the pediatric nursing consultation, using the conceptual framework of Wanda Horta. Method: This is an observational study, of a descriptive nature with quantitative approach, developed in two phases. The first stage deals with the actual construction of a form to survey the history of nursing in baby care, considering empirical indicators extracted from the literature. For this we used the databases of the Latin American and Caribbean Literature on Health Sciences of the Virtual Health Library (Lilacs) and Medline with the keywords: nursing process, and pediatric nursing. The second phase deals with the validation of the contents of the form of expertise, who are nurses and / or teachers who work in the setting of the study, the complex mother-child of Antônio Pedro University Hospital. Results: The treatment of the data collected will be accomplished through the use of descriptive statistics with non-parametric association measure (chi-square test). The ethical aspects will be respected, according to Resolution 196/96.
