ABSTRACT
Se estudiaron 5 sujetos con enfermedad de Behcet según los criterios establecidos para detectarla. Se encontraron úlceras orales en todos; las lesiones en genitales, en 4; el eritema nudoso, en 3; la patergia, en 3; la artritis, en 2; la oclusión vascular, en 2; las lesiones papulopustulosas y piodérmicas, en 3; y lesiones acneiformes, en 1. No hubo lesión ocular de las señaladas como criterio en ninguno de los pacientes objeto de estudio, pero sí conjuntivitis angular bilateral crónica en uno. En otro enfermo se observó la asociación de esta entidad con la policondritis recidivante (síndrome MAGIC), el cual constituye el primer caso reportado en Cuba.
5 patients suffering from Behcet´s syndrome were studied according to the criteria established to detect it. Oral ulcers were observed in all of them, genitalia lesions, in 4; nodose erythema, in 3; pathergy, in 3; arthritis, in 2; vascular occlusion, in 2; papulopustular and pyodermal lesions, in 3; and acneiform lesions, in 1. There was no ocular lesion of those considered as criterion in any of the patients under study, but chronic bilateral angular conjunctivitis was found in one of them. It was observed the association of this disease with recidivist polychondritis (MAGIC syndrome) in another patient that is the first case reported in Cuba.
