ABSTRACT

Uveitis is one of the major features of Behcet's disease with a relapse and remission pattern. Severe presentation can be resistant to conventional treatment. Steroids have been used in the treatment of acute Behcet's uveitis, although these have their own ocular complications when used in large doses. We describe 3 patients that presented with acute uveitis while on treatment, uveitis was controlled by adding anti-tumor necrosis factor [TNF] and Infliximab
