ABSTRACT

Intoday's worldstress has beenepidemicissue. This studyhas been done with theaim of study and comparison of job stress rate inthe employedveteransGuilan Inthe 2010. Thisstudy is across-sectionalcomparativeand case-control study.statistical societyare 100people of employedveteransin Fuman, Shaft,Soume Sara,Rasht that has been chosenasrandom sampling. Resultsshowedno statisticallysignificantdifference between the twogroupsofveteransandnonveterans of stress rate [p= 0.14]. Roleconflictandhigh volumework, also excessiveexpectations is considered including stressfulfactorsat work environment.
