ABSTRACT

Th joint analysis of several genetic markers in casesof paternity investigation renders possible a cumulative probability of 99.7% of change of esclusion of a flasely accused father. The role of heteromorphism of the Y chromosome size was appraised in this work, with more than one genetic marker, in 20 expertise examinations in paternity investigation, where the children were male. The results found with found with this method, in association with the research on erythrocytic and leucocytic antigens showed the exclusion of two falsely accused men. Cytogenetic analysis with Giemsa stain in combination with leukocyte (HLA system) and erithrocyte antigens investigation demonstrated the exclusion of two men falsely accused

ABSTRACT

Terminando uma serie de artigos em que sao publicados dados referentes a investigacao realizada sobre acidentes ocorridos com aeronaves executivas convencionais entre 1971 a 1975 na area do IV Comando Aereo Regional foram, nesta oportunidade, analizadas as condicoes fisicas, apos o acidente, dos ocupantes das aeronaves e os acidentes que produziram uma ou mais fatalidades. Foi verificado que qualquer ocupante de aeronave, independente de sua condicao de piloto, tem a mesma probabilidade de vir a ser lesado apos sofrer o acidente: que 79,3% das pessoas que estavam a bordo sairam ilesas apos o acidente e que 9,5% vieram a falecer. Finalmente,que o fator operacional devido as condicoes meteorologicas que produziram fatalidade e que estes acidentes corresponderam a 11,5% do total de acidentes investigados
