ABSTRACT
Resumo A proposta central deste texto é apresentar reflexões balizadas pelo conceito de justiça social para a terapia ocupacional social a partir das demandas trans levantadas por meio de uma pesquisa que, com base na história oral e técnicas etnográficas, objetivou compreender como pessoas trans constroem e/ou mobilizam, ao longo de suas histórias de vida, estratégias de enfrentamento das condições de marginalização vivenciadas em seus cotidianos, configurando determinados modos de vida. Compreender essas histórias aciona um debate importante no campo da justiça social para a terapia ocupacional social que, para nós, dialoga com a ideia de justiça articulada por Nancy Fraser, baseada em uma concepção que mira à redistribuição econômica e ao reconhecimento simbólico. A aposta que fazemos quando utilizamos essa proposição nos parece potente, sobretudo por oferecer, na sua fundamentação, leituras acerca das desigualdades sociais e dos caminhos possíveis de afirmação de existência. Por isso, se a práxis da terapia ocupacional social propõe articular técnica e politicamente o campo social, é necessário o entendimento dos múltiplos modos de vida, sobretudo das contradições que envolvem essas realidades, dentro daquilo que diz da subjetividade, da história, da cultura, das relações políticas, entre outros elementos que desembocam no cotidiano das pessoas, para se pensar/fazer, junto, possibilidades e caminhos de/para se viver melhor, a partir das negociações sociais.
Abstract The main purpose of this text is to present reflections guided by the concept of social justice for social occupational therapy focusing on the demands of trans individuals brought up through research based on oral history and ethnographic techniques that aimed to understand how these people build and/or mobilize, throughout their life histories, strategies to face the conditions of marginalization experienced in their everyday lives, configuring certain ways of life. The understanding of these histories triggers an important debate in the field of social justice for social occupational therapy that, for us, dialogues with the idea of justice developed by Nancy Fraser, based on a conception that aims at economic redistribution and symbolic recognition. We consider that this is a powerful proposition, mainly because its foundation offers readings about social inequalities and possible ways of affirming existence. Therefore, if the praxis of social occupational therapy proposes to combine the social field technically and politically, it is necessary to understand the multiple ways of life, especially the contradictions that involve these realities, including the subjectivity, history, culture, and political relationships, among other elements in the everyday lives of people, to think/do together possibilities and ways to live better, based on social negotiations.

Resumo Este artigo decorre de uma pesquisa que teve como objetivo central compreender como pessoas trans constroem estratégias de enfrentamento às condições de marginalização ao longo de suas histórias de vida. Para tanto, tomamos a história oral de vida como metodologia de apreensão de dados, além de ferramentas da etnografia, como a observação. Os dados foram organizados a partir do conceito de modos de vida, à luz da perspectiva de Isabel Guerra, disposta em três eixos centrais: o sistema e os atores sociais; a história e o cotidiano; o objetivo e o subjetivo na percepção do real. Além disso, procedemos as análises por uma perspectiva interseccional, e os resultados indicaram que as imposições do sistema sexo-gênero-desejo operam desde as primeiras etapas da vida, numa engrenagem que articula diversos atores e instituições sociais, como também os acessos às condições concretas de operacionalização da vida. A forma pela qual essas imposições e limites são percebidos media as principais estratégias de enfrentamento, que agregam a reconfiguração da rede de suporte e a luta pelo reconhecimento, que, no caso das/os interlocutoras/es da referida pesquisa, deu-se através da educação e dos espaços do movimento social. A análise amparada no conceito de modos de vida ofereceu uma potente lente para reconhecer as demandas desse grupo, apresentando-se como possibilidade teórico-metodológica para a terapia ocupacional social.
Abstract This article stems from a doctoral dissertation whose main objective was to understand how transgender people build strategies to cope with conditions of marginalization throughout their life histories. To this end, the oral history of life was employed as a data collection methodology; ethnographic tools, such as observation, were also used. The data were organized from the concept of ways of life in the light of Isabel Guerra's perspective and arranged in three central axes: the system and social actors; history and everyday life; the objective and the subjective in the perception of reality. In addition, the analyses were carried out from an intersectional perspective, and the results indicated that the impositions of the sex-gender-desire system operate from the first stages of life, in a mechanism that connects various actors and social institutions, as well as access to concrete conditions of life operationalization. How these impositions and limits are perceived mediates the main coping strategies, which include the reconfiguration of the support network and the struggle for recognition, which, in the case of the interlocutors in the aforementioned research, occurred through education and the social movement spaces. The analysis supported by the concept of ways of life offered a powerful lens to identify this population's demands, and it is a theoretical-methodological possibility for social occupational therapy practice.

Resumo Este texto decorre de um esforço de reflexão em torno dos aspectos teóricos que vêm parametrizando a terapia ocupacional social no Brasil e aqueles sob os quais se fundamentam os "marcadores sociais da diferença", visando a formulações que viabilizem a proposição de metodologias e ações terapêutico-ocupacionais que considerem os cotidianos que constituem a vida de diferentes sujeitos. Tais reflexões surgem com base nas demandas contemporâneas de diversos segmentos sociais e de preocupações quanto a uma melhor conformação do aporte teórico e metodológico que subsidia as práticas da terapia ocupacional social. Para tanto, retoma-se o processo histórico de constituição do social como um campo de ação da terapia ocupacional, apresenta-se a perspectiva dos marcadores sociais da diferença e, nesse entrelaçamento, o diálogo acerca das possibilidades e aproximações da e com a terapia ocupacional social. Pontua-se que os "marcadores sociais da diferença" podem se constituir como uma importante lente conceitual para informar a prática da terapia ocupacional social, à medida que inclui em seu arcabouço a constituição das diferenças - gênero, raça, etnia, classe, sexualidade, geração, entre outras - como ponto de partida para a compreensão das desigualdades sociais.
Abstract This text results from an effort to reflect on the theoretical aspects that have been parameterizing social occupational therapy in Brazil, and those on which "social makers of difference" are based, aiming at formulations that enable the proposition of occupational therapy methodologies and actions that take into account the daily lives of different subjects. These reflections arise from the contemporary demands of various social segments and concerns about a better conformation of the theoretical contribution subsidizing social occupational therapy practices. For that purpose, we take up the historical constitution of the "social" as a field of action for occupational therapy, as we present the perspective of social difference markers and, in this interlacement, the discussion about their possibilities and approaches in and with social occupational therapy. It is pointed out that the social makers of difference can constitute an important conceptual lens for social occupational theory practice since it includes the constitution of differences in its references - gender, race, ethnicity, class, sexuality, generation, etc. - as a starting point for the understanding of social inequalities.

Resumo A vida social está organizada com base em modelos normativos no que diz respeito aos gêneros e às sexualidades. Considerar as forças que a atravessam e a determinam é condição para que terapeutas ocupacionais atuem sob a perspectiva da cidadania junto às populações que caminham contra os significados e materialidades da heteronormatividade. Assim, este ensaio tem como objetivo produzir reflexões, ancoradas na terapia ocupacional social, que ajudam a compreender os constantes ataques aos direitos da população dissidente de gêneros e sexualidades, e o quanto essas situações de violências atravessam seus cotidianos e a práxis de terapeutas ocupacionais junto a essas populações. Para tanto, toma-se como ponto de partida o debate sobre a crise da democracia brasileira contemporânea, localizada a partir do golpe de impeachment da presidenta Dilma Rousseff e as sucessões presidenciais com agendas conservadoras e antidemocráticas. Em seguida, são identificados e discutidos os projetos de leis em tramitação que materializam tais agendas de caráter controlador e disciplinar da sociedade. E, por fim, um debate sobre como tais problemáticas deflagram em impedimentos e invisibilizações das atividades performativas nos diversos cotidianos de pessoas dissidentes de gêneros e sexualidades.
Abstract The social life is organized on normative models according to genders and sexualities. Considering the forces that go through and determine it is a condition for occupational therapists to act from the perspective of citizenship with the populations that are opposite to the meanings and materiality of heteronormativity. Thus, this essay aims to produce reflections anchored in social occupational therapy that help to understand the constant attacks on the rights of the dissident people in genders and sexualities and how these situations of violence cross their everyday life and the praxis of occupational therapists with these populations. To this end, it takes as its starting point the debate on the crisis of contemporary Brazilian democracy, located from the impeachment coup of President Dilma Rousseff and the presidential successions with conservative and undemocratic agendas. Then, the bills that are materializing such controlling and disciplinary agendas of society are identified and discussed. Finally, there is a debate on how these problems lead to impediments and invisibilizations of performative activities in the various everyday life of dissident people in genders and sexualities.

A partir de minhas aproximações teóricas e práticas com a temática das vivências trans, busquei, neste artigo, discutir essas vivências e os desdobramentos decorrentes das concepções normativas de gênero e sexualidade sob as quais a vida social está organizada. Para balizar a discussão em torno dessas experiências, acionei como aporte teórico alguns conceitos da Teoria Queer, vertente pós-estruturalista que questiona a essencialização dos sujeitos, as concepções de normatividade e o enrijecimento de experiências identitárias. Em seguida, busquei fazer uma interlocução com os debates sobre a atuação e campo teórico-metodológico da Terapia Ocupacional Social, refletindo sobre a dimensão prática e teórica das ações, visando o acesso à cidadania, sem perder de vista a urgência da compreensão dos fenômenos sociais, histórica e culturalmente. É preciso pensar nessas práticas sem perder de vista a posição de agente articulador dos sujeitos com a realidade social, a partir da mediação e ampliação de novas formas de fazer, da desnaturalização de vivências marginalizadas e, principalmente, da emancipação social, sempre articulando as dimensões macro com as micro, e o individual com o coletivo.
This article seeks to discuss my trans experiences along with their developments arising from the normative conceptions of gender and sexuality in which social life is organized. To mark the discussion around these experiences, I used as theoretical goal some concepts of the Queer Theory such as the post-structuralism strand that questions the essentialism of subject, the normative conception and the stiffening of identity experiences. Furthermore, I sought an interlocution with the discussions on the occupational social therapy performance, analyzing the dimension of the practice and theory in actions aiming citizenship access, without losing sight of the urgent historical and cultural social phenomena understanding. It's necessary to think about these practices without losing sight of the coordinating agent position of the subject to the social reality, from the mediation and expansion of new ways of doing, the denaturalization of marginalized experiences and mainly of social emancipation, always articulating the macro dimensions with micro dimensions, and the individual with the collective.
ABSTRACT
This article proposes a critical reflection and analyzes the factors that build, naturalize and reproduce social inequalities in the structuring and development of the current Brazilian society. Specifically, it faces this challenge through perceptions of maintenance on the relationships between women's roles, based on the relationship between the matter of gender, the social protection system, and the role of power. This paper uses a privileged for this reflection - the analysis of women beneficiary of the "Bolsa Familia" program as a locus of challenge for the action of Occupational Therapy - considering the historical and social consequences of the scenario in which these women are included and the consequent fragility with relational ties. It also analyzes the objectives proposed by the program and its possible contributions to the emowerment of women in the social context, besides being guided by the recent inclusion of the occupational therapist in the Unified Social Assistance System (SUAS), legitimizing its practice in the social and opening possibilities for action in this system.
Este artigo propõe uma reflexão crítica e se inscreve no campo de análise dos fatores que constroem, naturalizam e reproduzem as desigualdades sociais na estruturação e no desenvolvimento da sociedade brasileira atual. Especificamente, realiza tal desafio através de percepções da manutenção da relação de papéis entre mulheres, partindo das relações existentes entre a questão de gênero, sistema de proteção social e papel de poder. Toma como campo privilegiado para essa reflexão a análise de mulheres beneficiárias do Programa Bolsa Família enquanto locus de desafio de atuação da Terapia Ocupacional, considerando os aspectos históricos e sociais decorrentes do cenário em que essas mulheres se inserem e a consequente fragilidade dos vínculos relacionais. Analisa, também, os objetivos propostos pelo programa e as possíveis contribuições dele para o empoderamento daquelas mulheres, além de pautar-se na recente inserção do terapeuta ocupacional no Sistema Único da Assistência Social - SUAS, legitimando sua prática em tal campo e abrindo possibilidades para a sua atuação nesse sistema.
