ABSTRACT
O discurso entendido como uma prática social permite interpretar as diferentes mensagens representadas pela linguagem. Considerando que a concepção de saúde apresenta um viés ideológico e político, este estudo se propôs a realizar uma análise discursiva da temática saúde segundo a percepção de profissionais de Educação Física e alunos do Programa Academia da Cidade de Belo Horizonte/MG. A escolha do local e dos participantes foi intencional. Como instrumento de coleta, adotamos a entrevista em profundidade; o número de participantes foi determinado pela técnica de saturação dos dados. A interpretação das informações foi realizada pela abordagem sociocognitiva do discurso proposta pelo linguista Van Dijk, que considera o contexto social, a linguagem e os processos cognitivos na construção do discurso. Participaram da pesquisa 18 pessoas (três profissionais de Educação Física e 15 alunos). Como principais resultados, identificamos os modelos mentais assumidos por esses profissionais, denotando a memória social, e pelos alunos, representando a memória episódica, que estão relacionados ao predomínio da concepção hegemônica de saúde. Esta, apresenta uma ênfase na adoção de um discurso que propõe representações sociais pautadas na normalidade dos aspectos clínico-fisiológicos, que por sua vez, pode ter o intuito de estabelecer um possível controle social sobre os comportamentos assumidos pelo contexto social a partir de um estilo de vida idealizado como saudável. Concluímos que a adoção da abordagem sociocognitiva contribui para compreender os processos ideológicos socialmente construídos na produção do discurso sobre a saúde, identificando os modelos mentais assumidos por profissionais da saúde e pelo senso comum....(AU)
The discourse is understood as a social practice allows interpreting the diff erent messages represented by language. Considering that the conception of health presents an ideological and political bias, this study proposed to perform a discursive analysis of the health theme according to the perception of Physical Education professionals and users in the City Academy Program in Belo Horizonte/MG. The choice of location and participants was intentional. As an instrument of collection, we adopted the in-depth interview; the number of participants was determined by the technique of data saturation. The interpretation of the information was carried out by the sociocognitive approach of the discourse proposed by the linguist Van Dijk, who considers the social context, the language and the cognitive processes in the construction of the discourse. 18 people (three Physical Education professionals and 15 users) participated in the research. As main results, we identifi ed the mental models assumed by these professionals, denoting the social memory, and by the users, representing the episodic memory, that are related to the predominance of the hegemonic conception of health. It presents an emphasis on the adoption of a discourse that proposes social representations based on the normality of the clinical-physiological aspects, which in turn, may have the intention of establishing a possible social control over the behaviors assumed by the social context from a style Idealized life as healthy. We conclude that the adoption of the sociocognitive approach contributes to understand the ideological processes socially constructed in the production of the discourse on health, identifying the mental models assumed by health professionals and common sense....(AU)
