Contact dermatitis - role of allergy testing

Contact Dermatitis is a common cause for morbidity among skin patients and patch testing constitutes the most important method for diagnosis of contact dermatitis.Proper diagnosis of contact dermatitis involves knowledge of the offending allergen, occupation of the patient and appropriate patch testing.
