ABSTRACT

A 70 years female Bedouin Saudi presented with bleeding from the nose. She had a large septal perforation. The tests for syphilis were positive. No history of contact or stigmata of venereal infection were found. This case is reported to illustrate that nasal syphilis can present as a non venereal infection
