Previo a un preciso analisis del programa vigente en la discilina de Anatomia Humana para los estudiantes de medicina se confecciono su nuevo diseño, donde las principales modificaciones consisten en la disminucionn del numero de actividades teoricas, que incrementan las clases practicas y seminarios. se utilizo como un grupo control a los estudiantes de 2do. año y 3er año de la carrera, que recibieron las clases por el programa modificado. Se hicieron encuestas a estudiantes y profesores para conocer el grado de aceptacion de los cambios. Se efectuaron visitas, controles a clases y una prueba diagnostica en cada asignatura. Se logro incrementar el numero de actividades practicas a un 73 porciento en Anatomia I; 54,9 porciento en Anatomia II y 72,8 porciento en Anatomia III. El trabajo independiente de los estudiantes aumento. Hubo buena aceptacion de las modificaciones realizadas por parte de los profesores y los estudiantes. Las pruebas diagnosticas mostraron mejores resultados en el grupo experimental en las 3 asignaturas


Previous to an accurate analysis of the standing program of Human Anatomy for medical students, a new design was made to introduce some modifications as the reduction of the number of theoretical activities, and the increase of practical classes and seminars. 2nd - and 3rd - year medical students were used as a control group to receive the classes according to the modified program. Students and professors were surveyed to know their acceptance degree. Classes were visited and controlled and a diagnostic test was made to every subject. An increase of 73 % was attained in the practical activities of Anatomy I; 54.9 % in anatomy II; and 72.8 % in Anatomy III. It was also observed a rise of the students' independent work. the new modifications were well accepted by professors and students. The diagnostic tests showed better results in the experimental group as regards the 3 subjects
