ABSTRACT
Esta investigação faz parte de uma pesquisa exploratória descritiva que é um estudo comparativo entre as realidades de idosos brasileiros e espanhóis, pesquisados em municípios de abrangência da Universidade de Santa Cruz do Sul e da Universidade de Barcelona. Apresenta-se aqui o contexto social e as relações familiares dos idosos que vivem nestas duas realidades. Apesar de uma amostra grande, com 510 sujeitos de cada país, foi realizada uma entrevista estruturada que foi gravada e transcrita na íntegra para análise de conteúdo. Salientam-se as diferenças culturais e econômicas que acabam interferindo na forma de viver e sentir estas experiências e que podem ser vistas nos resultados qualitativos da pesquisa.
This study is part of an exploratory descriptive research that is a comparative study between the realities of elderly Brazilians and Spaniards surveyed in municipalities covered in the Santa Cruz do Sul University and the Barcelona University. We present here the social and family relations of elderly that live in these two realities. Even though it was a large sample of 510 subjects in each country, structured interviews recorded and transcribed in this entirety for content analysis were performed. We emphasize the cultural and economic differences may be interfering in the way the elderly live and feel these experiences which can be seen in the results of qualitative research.

O Sistema Único de Assistência Social estabelece dois níveis de proteção social: básica e especializada. A proteção social especializada é desenvolvida nos Centros de Referência Especializado da Assistência Social (CREAS). O interesse sobre a articulação do CREAS de Santa Cruz do Sul (RS) com a Rede de Proteção à Infância e Adolescência e Adolescência partiu de inquietações emergidas a partir da realização do estágio Integrado em Psicologia, uma vez que sinais de desconhecimento em relação à função do CREAS não se restringia à comunidade, mas aos próprios funcionários do serviço. O objetivo da pesquisa-intervenção foi investigar a compreensão que a Rede de Proteção à Infância e Adolescência e Adolescência tem sobre o CREAS, visando ampliar a visibilidade do serviço. Foram realizadas entrevistas nas entidades que compõe a Rede de Proteção à Infância e Adolescência e Adolescência. Para análise utilizou-se a Análise de Conteúdo, conforme Bardin. O resultado aponta discrepâncias significativas no que se refere ao conhecimento do CREAS. O encontro de restituição foi instrumento potente na articulação entre os serviços, fomentando o diálogo e o trabalho em rede.
The Social Assistance System establishes two levels of social protection: Basic and specialized. The specialized social protection is developed in the Specialized Reference Centers of Social Assistance (CREAS). The interest about the articulation between CREAS in Santa Cruz do Sul and the Protection Network for Childhood arises from the anxieties emerged during the Integrated Practice in Psychology, considering that signs concerned the lack of knowledge about the function of CREAS, not only regarding the community, but its own personnel. The objective of the intervention research was to investigate the comprehension that the Protection Network for Childhood personnel has about CREAS, with the purpose to enlarge the visibility of that service. Interviews with the personnel of the entities composing the Protection Network for Childhood were performed. The method for examining the interviews was contents analysis, according to Bardin. The result points out to meaningful discrepancies in what refers to the knowledge about CREAS. A feedback meeting was an important instrument for the articulation among the services, improving the dialogue and work in the Protection Network for Children.
