ABSTRACT
La relación mujer, consumo de drogas y violencia es un fenómeno claro que se visualiza con la mayor claridad en el mundo. Objetivo: Analizar la relación de esta tríada compleja en el Perú y discutir algunas estrategias de intervención. Metodología: Se realizó una revisión documental de artículos de investigación en bases de datos como LIPECS, LILACS, BIREME, SciELO y PUBMED, además de algunos informes institucionales. Se seleccionaron un total de 10 artículos que cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión: artículos de investigación publicados en revistas indexadas a partir del año 2000, que aborden el tema de consumo de drogas, violencia y mujer peruana. Se analizaron títulos, resúmenes y artículos completos de los que se disponía información. Resultados: La relación entre el consumo de drogas, la violencia y la mujer es poco explorado en el Perú, aunque se han encontrado estudios en donde se analizan estos mismos temas pero de manera aislada. El consumo de drogas no sólo se relaciona con el agresor sino también con la mujer maltratada. El tipo de violencia mas frecuente es la verbal, seguida de la física y la sexual. Conclusiones: En la medida en que más mujeres son afectadas por este problema, urge establecer intervenciones estratégicas, que involucren a la mujer, la familia y el colectivo, a fin de asegurar un ambiente saludable para la mujer directamente afectada, sus hijos, su familia y la sociedad, y que sirvan de norte para las políticas públicas
Relationship between woman, drug consumption and violence is a phenomenon which could be visualized clearly in the world. Objective: Analyze relation of this triad from the complexity and interrelation between determinants, risk factors and conditionants about violence and drug consumption of Latin America and discuss any intervention strategies. Methodology: We did a documental revision of research articles in data base from internet such as LIPECS, LILACS, BIREME, SciELO y PUBMED, and institutional reports. We selected ten articles according to inclusion criteria: research articles publicized in indexed journals from 2000 year which includes subject of drug consumption, violence and Peruvian woman. We analyzed titles, abstracts and full articles where we obtained this information. Results: Drug consumption, violence and woman are being little explored in Peru as a phenomenon related strongly, however there are studies which analyze these topics but in a isolated way. Drug consumption is not related just to aggressor is also related to woman attacked. Kind of violence more frequent is verbal; followed physical violence, and sexual violence. In this way, when more women are being affected for this problem, it is important to establish strategies of intervention that involve at a woman, family and community, to secure a healthy environment for the affected women, their sons, their family and the society, and to be the north for the public politics.
