ABSTRACT
The distortion of the Madelung's disease is owed to an anomaly of development of the skeleton of the forearm and the wrist. It is a rare affection that can remain asymptomatique but the apparition of pains, the limitation of mobility and especially the aesthetic prejudice incites the patient to consult what permits his/her/its diagnosis. All these complications to be corrected by the surgical intervention. The sinewy complications are rare caused essentially by the malformation of ulnar head We bring back a case of malformation of Madelung diagnosed on occasion of a rupture of the tendon of the expander of the 3emth right finger at a patient of 37 years, having a freestanding Madelung malformation. The goal of this work is to disassemble the interest of the imagery in cuts to search for these sinewy complications

Our work is a retrospective study of 24 cases of Verneuil perianal disease. It concerns 23 men and one woman. The average age is 34 years. The diagnosis is easy in front of a polyfistulated chronic form, but in the begining of the stage. The diagnosis seems to be difficult and necesstats reaserch of the other localisations of the disease. For the treatment, we insist on the "open excision" because of the various advantages
