Genito Urinary Tuberculosis [Gu. TB.] specifically and extrapulmonary tuberculosis generally, are not rare. Both are probably underdiagnosed because pulmonary tuberculosis is still almost endemic in Jordan. GU. TB. cases at Jordan University Hospital [JUH] were reviewed retrospectively and eighteen cases were found during twelve years [1973-1985]. Middle age males predominated. The main clinical findings were dysuria [50%], and fever [3 4%]. Tuberculin Skin Test [5TU], [PPD-5TU] was reactive in all to whom it was implanted. Pyuria was found in [78%]. Abnormal Intravenous Urography [IVU] was seen in [87%]
