Occurrence of salmonella in ice cream and related products

In a microbiological examination of 70 packed and unpacked samples of ice cream and related products such as kulfi. kulfa, cones and ice cubes collected from different localities of Lahore, the total viable counts ranged from 1.0x10[4]/g to 6.0x10[6]/g.
