Psicanálise e saúde: a circulação da palavra na saúde ocupacional / Psychoanalysis and health: the movement of the word in occupational health

A experiência da palavraentre profissionais da saúdeocupacional e os pacientes é um sintoma do contexto biológico, sociológico e psicológico. A análise da palavra deve ser feita em conteúdos e formas. Este trabalho foi realizado tendo como ponto investigativo os problemas entre profissionais da saúde e pacientes em um centro de saúde pública. Este artigo discute a saúde ocupacional nas contradições entre gestão organizacional, comprometimento pessoal e o capitalismo industrial. A saúde ocupacional revela-se como sintoma do contexto biológico, social e psicológico. A busca da excelência no desempenho invadiu a sociedade industrial e a saúde ocupacional em busca da melhoria constante do desempenho. Enfatiza aqui que as estratégias de dominação comportamental nas organizações e grupos ou equipes objetivaram, a partir do surgimento do capitalismo, adequar os indivíduos à ideologia hegemônica.

The experience of the word among health workers and patients is a symptom of the biological context, sociological and psychological. The analysis of the word must be made in form and content. This work was carried out as a very relevant investigative problems among health workers and patients in a center of public health. This article discusses occupational health in the contradictions between organizational management, personal commitment and industrial capitalism. The occupational health proves to be a symptom of the biological context, social and psychological. The pursuit of excellence in performance invaded industrial society and occupational health in pursuit of continuous improvement of performance. Emphasized here that the behavioral strategies of domination in organizations aimed to, from the rise of capitalism, individuals adapt to hegemonic ideology.

A reestruturação produtiva, as estratégias de controle psicopolítico e seus impactos nas práticas escolares / The productive restructuration, the strategies of psycho-political control and their impact in the scholar practices

Este trabalho visa contribuir para uma reflexão sobre os impactos da reestruturação produtiva na vida do trabalhador em educação. Objetiva-se, a partir daí, analisar os impactos políticos, cognitivos e afetivos dos profissionais envolvidos em educação (dirigentes, professores, psicólogos, orientadores, técnicos, entre outros). Parte-se da premissa de que a perda da identidade e de qualquer tipo de referência Político-Cognitivo-Afetiva no trabalho é, em grande parte, conseqüência de uma sociedade injusta, de um modelo sócio-econômico explorador e de governos que possuíam outras prioridades.

This paper aims to contribute to a reflection on the impact of productive restructuring in school practice, the functioning of pedagogical teams and the goals established by the school. Objective is, thereafter, to examine the political effects, cognitive and affective professionals involved in education (directors, teachers, psychologists, counselors, technicians, among others). It starts with the premise that the loss of identity and any kind of political references in the cognitive-affective labor is, in large part the consequence of an unjust society, a socioeconomic model explorer and governments had other priorities.
