ABSTRACT

Los siringomas son tumores anexiales benignos con diferenciación principalmente ductal. Se presentan con mayor frecuencia en la cara, especialmente en párpados, pero pueden aparecer en cualquier zona del cuerpo. Son más frecuentes en el sexo femenino y se inician por lo general en la pubertad. Pueden aparecer en forma de pápulas pequeñas y firmes, habitualmente múltiples, y existen variadas presentaciones clínicas. Presentamos dos casos clínicos que corresponden a dos mujeres con el diagnóstico de siringomas eruptivos.


Syringomas are benign adnexal tumors with mainly ductal differentiation, more frequently seen in the face, especially in the eyelids, yet may appear in any part of the body. In general, they start a puberty, being more frequent in women. They may present as multiple, small and firm papules, and there are various clinical types. We present two clinical cases corresponding to two women with eruptive syringoma.
