ABSTRACT
Es evidente que la obesidad tiene complicaciones muy relevantes que pudieran dar al traste con la viva de un paciente obeso por lo que exponemos en nuestro estudio las más evidentes, teniendo en cuenta las características de la población estudiada, dando a conocer que al disminuir el sedentarismo, e incrementar la práctica sistemática de ejercicios físicos se disminuyen y se benefician los mismos. El genotipo de la persona es una determinante importante de cómo ocurre la ingestión de excesiva energía. El ambiente también es importante ya que claramente no existe obesidad sin aumento de la ingestión calórica, la polifagia, que se relaciona directamente con ella. La obesidad puede definirse como un exceso de grasa que condiciona un riesgo para la salud. Evitar las complicaciones de la obesidad, es tarea de primer orden, considerando la obesidad una enfermedad y un problema de salud mundia.
It is evident that obesity has relevant complications that could affect the life of an obese patient, then, we expose the most evident complications in this study, taking into consideration the characteristics of the studied population. We let people know that once they decrease sedentarism and increase the systematic practice of physical excercises, obesity is reduced and people are benefitted. The prototype of the person is an important determinant of how excesive energy consumption occurs. The environment is also important because there is no obesity without an increase of calory consumption- polyphagia- which is directly related to it. Obesity can be defined as an excesive accumulation of fat that is associated with markedly increased health risks. Taking into account that obesity is a disease and a world health problem, to avoid its complications, is a first order task.
