ABSTRACT
Os autores avaliam 30 adolescentes cumprindo medida socioeducativa na FEBEM de São Paulo em função de quadro delitivo, comparando-os com outros 30 adolescentes de idade e classe social similar, provenientes de escola normal de ensino do estado de São Paulo, por meio de questionário elaborado com 17 perguntas, a fim de verificar repetição das condutas no mesmo sistema familiar. Resultados apontam diferenças estatisticamente significativas entre as duas populações, com o grupo em medida socioeducativa apresentando maior índice de familiares que já haviam cumprido a mesma medida ou mesmo que já haviam sido reclusos em penitenciárias, da mesma forma, pode-se observar maior índice de utilização de drogas, menor apoio familiar e piores perspectivas de futuro. Os autores concluem que se pode aventar a hipótese de continuidade transgeracional dessas condutas, em função não só dos modelos parentais, mas também da dinâmica familiar que, provavelmente, se estrutura ao redor dessas condutas...
The authors evaluated 30 adolescents in socio-educative programs in the FEBEM-SP, by the antisocial behavior and then compared with 30 adolescents with the same age and social class of the normal school of São Paulo city, by the questionnaire with 17 answers to examine the same behaviors in the familiar group. The results suggests differences with significance statistics in the group in socio-educative programs, with the other members of the family presenting the same behavior, reclusion episodes, drugs utilization, less familiar support and poor future perspectives.
