ABSTRACT
Se trata de una investigación sobre el tratamiento del transexualismo y la judiscialización del mismo. Se refleciona sobre la identidad de género, las distintas anifestaciones sexuales afines al transexualismo, el marco teórico relacionado a teoría éticas, a los derechos humanos afectados, a los principios de bioética conculcados, fundamentando que el transexualismo es una enfermedad, que como tal debe ser tratada, y que no necesitaría ser judicializada sin se modificaran las leyes que actualmente la regulan.
This work is an investigation into the treatment of transsexualism and itsprosecution. Reflects on gender identity, the various manifestations related tosexual transsexualism, the theoretical framework linked to ethical theories, theaffected human rights and the violation of bioethics principles, stressing thattranssexualism is a disease which must be treated as such and it would not needto be prosecuted if the rules that currently govern it were changed.
