ABSTRACT
RESUMO Este artigo analisou a dinâmica do processo conferencista adotado na X Conferência Municipal de Saúde de Belo Horizonte. A metodologia utilizada foi a qualitativa, com o uso da técnica de análise de conteúdo. A X Conferência cumpriu a etapa local, realizando cerca de 150 conferências locais, e a distrital, com a realização de nove conferências distritais. Como insumo, as conferências contaram com os documentos apresentados pela: Gestão, Plenária de Usuários e dos Trabalhadores. O processo conferencista, ao transitar documentos para discussão e formulação das políticas, pode ser tomado como referência na construção coletiva das políticas municipais de saúde.
ABSTRACT This study has analyzed the dynamics of the conference process adopted during the 10th Municipal Conference of Health of Belo Horizonte. The methodology used was the qualitative method, with the analysis technique of the contents of the documents. The 10th Conference accomplished the local phase, performing 150 local conferences and the regional one, with the completion of 9 district conferences. As an input, the conferences used documents presented by the administration, the User's and the Worker's Plenary. The process of accomplishing the 10th Conference, offering documents for discussion and formulation of policies, can be taken as a reference for the collective creation of health policies.
