ABSTRACT

Objective@#To investigate the surgical approaches and therapeutic effect by utilizing Keystone perforator island flap in repairing sacroiliac decubital necrosis.@*Methods@#From June 20013 to June 2016, 12 patients ( 8 males, 4 females; aged 35-83 years; raw surface 6.4cm×4cm-17cm×14cm) with Sacroiliac Decubital Necrosis underwent reconstructive operations by Keystone perforator island flap.@*Results@#16 flaps completely survived, without redundant tissues, and any signs of infection and introcession, no necrosis were noted, all appearances present satisfactory.@*Conclusions@#Superior Gluteal Perforator Arteries that provide blood supply are sufficient in Keystone perforator island flap , as they are anatomically fixed, few variations, nutrition skin and subcutaneous in large scope, The curative effect of Keystone design perforator island flap in repairing sacroiliac decubital necrosis was satisfactory.

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the efficacy of the 595 nm pulsed dye laser in the treatment of clinical study of pigmentation, and its advantages in clinical application. Methods Sixty-eight cases with skin pigmentation and without other skin diseases were divided into treatment group (n =34) and control group (n =34).In treatment group, the patients were given pulsed dye laser in,while in control group, retinoic acid cream in the topical 2% hydroquinone cream and 0.1%.The effects in two groups were observed and compared. Results All particpants completed treatment and followup. The effect in two groups was 91.18%,and 64.71% with significant difference (P < 0.05).The effect of pulsed dye laser on the pigmentation was better than that of the control group. Conclusions The 595nm pulsed dye laser treatment of traumatic skin color deposition has a good effect, and can shorten the treatment time and adverse reactions, which is suitable for clinical application and promotion.

ABSTRACT

To observe clinical effects of combination of acellular porcine skin with delayed microskin graft on extensively burned patients.
Methods: Forty extensively burned patients were assigned into a treatment group and a control group. In the treatment group, 20 patients were covered with acellular porcine skin after escharectomy, and the delayed microskin grafting was performed 5 days later. In the control group, 20 patients were covered with allograft skin combined with microskin graft after escharectomy. The cure rate, the graft survival rate, wound healing time and cost per 1% wound were observed.
Results: The cure rate for the 2 groups was the same (90%), and wound healing time was similar between the two groups (P>0.05). The graft survival rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05), and cost per 1% wound in the treatment group was less than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion: The combination of acellular porcine skin with delayed microskin graft is an effective method to treat extensively burned patients, and it provides an ideal substitute for allograft skin combined with microskin graft.
