Concurrent fibroadenoma of breast and fibromatosis of vulva and thigh

Fibromatosis is a rare locally aggressive fibroproliferative neoplasm. Vulvar fibromatosis is extremely rare tumor. A case of a young woman is reported who presented with large vulvar, thigh and breast masses and was surgically treated.
