ABSTRACT
Objective:To introduce the application of sleeve reconstruction with bovine pericardium in the reoperation of Behcet's disease with advanced aortic annulus invasion, and to report our experience and the early outcomes.Methods:From August 2012 to May 2022, 19 patients with Behcet's disease developed perivalvular leakage after previous surgery underwent aortic root replacement. They were analyzed retrospectively. Fifteen out of 19 cases underwent conventional aortic root replacement, 4 cases with advanced aortic annulus invasion underwent sleeve reconstruction with bovine pericardium. The medical records were reviewed. Demographic and perioperative data were collected, which included the aortic crossclamp time, intraoperative RBC consumption, length of ICU stay, and major postoperative complications.Postoperative follow-up was accomplished through telephone visit.Results:The median age was 39(36, 42) years old. Five were female. The median interval of diagnosis of perivalvular leak from index surgery was 5(3, 14)months. There was no perioperative death. Fifteen patients underwent conventional aortic root replacement. One patient had intraoperative ECMO impant due to low cardiac output as well as another one had IABP support. CABG was performed in 5 patients. One patient underwent permanent pacemaker implantation after surgery. The median follow-up time for the 15 patients was 55.00(29.25, 71.25)months. Two patients were lost during follow-up. One patient died of infection 3 years after surgery. One patient developed perivalvular leak. Two patient developed distal anastomotic pseudoaneurysm which need reintervention. The median follow-up time for the 4 patients with sleeve reconstruction was 5.5(5, 11.25)months. One patient underwent tracheotomy. Perivalvular leakage and pseudoaneurysm were not appreciated. Four patients were in NYHA class Ⅰ-Ⅱ.Conclusion:The sleeve reconstruction with bovine pericardium is safe and effective in reoperation treating patients with Behcet's disease and advanced aortic annulus invasion.

Objective To observe the efficacy of mesalazine combined with probiotics in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods 60 patients with ulcerative colitis who were admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were selected randomly. These patients were divided into two groups according to the treatment method: mesalamine com bined with probiotic group(combination therapy group, n=30) and mesalamine alone treatment group (n=30). The clinical symptom score, endoscopic score, serum CRPlevel, clinical efficacy, incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence in both groups were statistically analyzed. Results Compared with those before treatment, the clinical symptom score, en doscopic score and serum CRPlevel were significantly lower in both groups after treatment(P＜0. 05); After treatment, clinical symptom score, endoscopic score and serum CRPlevel were significantly lower in the combination therapy group than those in the treatment alone group(P＜0. 05). The total effective rate in the combination therapy group was 93. 3％(28/30), significantly higher than 63. 3％(19/30) in the treatment alone group(P＜0. 05). The recurrence rate was 13. 3％ (4/30), significantly lower than that of 33. 3％(10/30) in the treatment alone group(P＜0. 05). However, the incidence rates of adverse reactions in the two groups was 6. 7％(2/30) and 10. 0％(3/30) respectively, which were not significantly different(P＞0. 05). Conclusion The efficacy of mesalazine combined with probiotics in the treatment of ulcerative colitis is more significant than that of mesalazine alone. At the same time, it is also more effective in improving the clinical symptoms, reducing the serum CRPlevel and recurrence rate in the patients, and will not increase the patients' adverse reactions to a great extent, so it is worthy of promotion and application in clinical settings.

Also,he took the priority the pressing hand with bilaterally needle manipulation. Besides,he thought important simplicity,innovation and acupoints selecting according to time. We inherited's acupuncture from his family,teachers'techniques,international communication,college and university education and scientific research. In this article we prescribe the development,the inheritance and the protection measures of's acupuncture school in terms of its origination,academic thought,and inheritance research,etc.,so as to provide references for further study and inheritance.

Objective To introduce a practical method that can be used to efficiently express,purify and identify Alzheimer's disease (AD) related beta-site app-cleaving enzyme 1 (BACE1) in common eukaryotic cells.Methods BACE1 cDNA was fished out from human brain cDNA library and ligated into the pEGFP-c3 expression vector,and then,the recombinant plasmid was transfected into the HEK293 cells.The BACE1 protein was purified with TALON Mental Affinity Resins column.The target protein was identified by Western blotting and fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET).BACE1 Activity Assay Kit was employed to test the activity of purified BACE1 in vitro.The recombinant BACE1/pEGFP-c3 plasmid and amyloid precusor protein (APP)/pDsRed-Monomer-N1 plasmid were co-transfected to the HEK293 cells and the cleavage activity of BACE1 in the cells was identified by Western blotting.Results The sequencing data of the obtained BACE1 gene were identical with those in GenBank.Activity test showed that the fluorescent values of blank controls,expressed BACE1 and standard BACE1 were 55.013±3.597,1836.629±154.195 (n=3) and 2639.548±207.1901 (n=3),respectively;as compared with the control group,significant differences were noted in both of the two groups (F=78.681,P=0.000);however,there is no significant difference between expressed BACE1 and standard BACE1 groups (P＞0.05).Westem blotting showed the co-transfected BACE1 could cleave APP in HEK293 cells and the CTF-APP band was detectable.Conclusion A practical protocol is established for high expression,purification and identification of BACE1 in HEK293 cells,which is helpful to obtain BACE1,an important molecular target in AD research and treatment.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect of rabeprazole on symptoms and psychological status of patients with non-erosive reflux disease (NERD).METHODS:GerdQ questionnaire survey was performed in 169 patients who accorded with diagnosis criteria to investigate relevant symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease in 1 week.Symptoms scores were carried out according to the occurrence frequency of heartburn,gastroesophageal reflux,nausea and epigastric pain,etc.RESULTS:159 NERD patients completed 4 weeks of treatment.GerdQ score was (10.44?1.62) and SAS score (47.11?10.92),SDS score (44.59?11.2) before treatment.After 1 week of treatment,relevant clinical symptoms relieved obviously,and SAS score and SDS score were lower than before treatment strikingly.The decrease of SAS score and SDS score were more significant after 4 weeks of treatment.There were statistical significance (P
