ABSTRACT

Objective@#To investigate the effect of standardized management of hypertension patients in community.@*Methods@#Permanent residents aged 50-60 in the community were selected as the survey subjects from January 2016 to January 2017.After the standardized training of professional doctors in the First People's Hospital of Huainan, a unified investigation was carried out.A total of 160 qualified hypertensive patients were selected, including 91 males and 69 females.According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into the control group and the intervention group. The control group was given routine community nursing, and the intervention group was given standardized community team management, and the intervention period was 1 year. The changes of blood pressure and awareness rate before and after intervention were compared and analyzed.@*Results@#Through standardized management of the team, the awareness rate, medication rate and control rate (85.0%, 77.5%, 47.5%) of the control group were higher than those before management (57.5%, 53.8%, 28.8%). The " three rates" of hypertension patients in intervention group (100.0%, 92.5%, 68.8%) were higher than those before management (58.8%, 56.2%, 31.3%). Moreover, the awareness rate, medication rate and control rate of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the control group(χ2=12.973, 7.059, 7.421, all P<0.05). Meanwhile, the DBP and SBP of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group[DBP: (98.7±16.4)mmHg vs.(78.5±11.7)mmHg, t=5.42, P<0.05; SBP: (161.2±10.6)mmHg vs.(130.6±12.1)mmHg, t=-5.31, P<0.05].@*Conclusion@#The effect of standardized management of hypertension patients in community is better than traditional community nursing, which can effectively reduce blood pressure and improve the awareness rate, and is suitable for clinical application.

ABSTRACT

This study was conducted to potentiate the expression of outer membrane protein OmpL17 of the strong virulent L. interrogans serovar Lai and investigate its immunogenicity in rabbits. The OmpL17 was cloned into prokaryotic expression vector pGEX-1lambdaT. The recombination expression plasmid pGEX-OmpL17 was transformed into E. Coli JM109. The GST fused protein GST-OmpL17 was expressed after induction by IPTG, then GST-tag was by thrombin and purified using Bulk GST purification Modules. SDS-PAGE and Western blotting analysis indicated that the molecular weight of GST-OmpL17 and OmpL17 was about 54 KDa and 28 KDa respectively. The outer membrane protein OmpL17 was subcutaneously injected into rabbits and high titre anti-OmpL17 antibody was obtained (1:4896) which could conjugate specifical with OmpL17. In conclusion, OmpL17 and specifical anti-OmpL17 antibody were obtained, which provided an experimental basis for researching pathogenic effect and immunity functions of OmpL17.

ABSTRACT

In order to locate the level of nitroquine action on the folate metabolism, ni-troquine was given to the mice infected with P. berghei or P. yoelii. To the first group of mice, different doses of nitroquine were given to its five subgroups. The second group of mice received the same doses of nitroquine as the first group but calcium leucovorin (folinic acid) 6 mg/kg/day intramuscularly, folic acid 20 mg/kg/day intramuscularly, or PABA 20 mg/kg/day orally were given to different subgroups respectively at the same time. It was found that the dose-effective curve of nitroquine was shifted to the right when PABA was administered simultaneously and the CD50 of nitroquine at that time was larger than that of nitroquine used singly. Both calcium leucovorin and folic acid essentially showed no antigonistic effects. From the antigonistic action of PABA against nitroquine) it is suggested that nitroquine is likely to achieve its antimalarial effect through its competition for dihydropteric acid synthetase with PABA. Other chains on the folic acid metabolism were also discussed.
