ABSTRACT
OBJECTIVE:To observe clinical efficacy of acitretin combined with TGP in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. METHODS:81 patients were randomized into control group(n=40)and treatment group(n=41). Control group were treated with 0.5 mg?kg-1?d-1acitretin then the dose of acitretin was adjusted to 0.1～0.2 mg?kg-1?d-1after clinical symptom improved.Treat-treatment course. Blood and urine routine,liver and kidney function and the level of blood lipid of 2 groups were detected before and after 8 weeks treatment as well as ADR. ABSTRACT
OBJECTIVE: To observe the efficacy of SNMC combined with calcium gluconate in the treatment of allergic purpura. METHODS: 86 cases of allergic purpura were randomly divided into treatment group (n=46)and control group(n=40). Control group were injected with 10% calcium gluconate solution 10 mL added into 5% glucose injection 100 mL (i.v. gtt) once a day for 14 days. Treatment group were given SNMC injection 20～80 mL added into 5% glucose 250 mL (i.v. gtt) at the same time administered with 10% calcium gluconate solution 10 mL added into 5% glucose injection 100 mL once a day (i.v. gtt) for 14 days. RESULTS: The response rate was 93.48% for treatment group and 75.00% for control group. Statistical significance was noted in difference of clinical efficacy between two groups(P
