Objective:To explore the efficiency of comprehensive sedation nursing in MRI examination to the epilepsy children underthe age of 4.Methods:180 children were randomly divided into the test group and the control group.The test group was given comprehensive sedation nursing,while the control group was only given the simple drug sedation by oral medicine called 10%chloral hydrate.The effective rate,the time children fell to sleep after given the drug and one-time success rate were recorded and analyzed between the two groups.Results:The effective rate,the time children fell to sleep after giving the drug and one-time success rate all have siganificant difference between these two groups(P
ABSTRACT
Objective To study the characters of using the high pressure injector in the contrast CT scanning for children. Methods Summarized the nursing measures of 407 children who had accepted the contrast CT scanning. Results There were 369 children have obtained perfect effects of CT scanning, 35 children have obtained general effects and there were 2 children failure. Conclusion The method of using high pressure injector in the contrast CT scanning for children is convenient, safety and effective.
ABSTRACT
Objective:To explore the enhancement effect of two different bed-moving modes and their relative parameters in children's chest CT checkup.Methods:The enhancement of out-bed group was studied with the in-bed group as control and the mean data of the major parameters were acquired.Then the enhancement effect and the major parameters were analyzed to make clear the differences presented in the two groups.Results:No difference was found between the two groups in enhancement effect and the data of major parameters.Conclusion:For each bed-moving mode,enhancement effect relied on the reasonable determination of the integrative parameters,but not a single one.
