ABSTRACT
In induced dermatosis,the dermatitis factitia can take many clinical appearance -Burns - self mutulations - cutaneous lesions' we 'll discuss a psychogenic pruritis case which had appeared many years before and that had caused cutaneous lesions. Starting from this case, we have think about relation between psychologic patient state and induced dermatosis lesions. Our patient is treated in a psychiatric hospital for character and affective disorders
