ABSTRACT
How is it possible to develop science-tech education and humanity education in a harmonious way?"This is an issue that has to be addressed when human beings are challenged by high-efficiency and high-risk brought by new economy as well as by exdocentricity brought to nations by globalization. Modern education, especially modern universities can only have harmonious development of "two cultures" and override the paradox of high-tech and low-touch so as to make greater contributions to the evolution and dialogues between civilizations and inherence and innovation of cultures when they keep the unity between global awareness and cultural identity, between potential exploration and instinct transfer, and between knowledge instruction and personality reshape.
