ABSTRACT

Tubal carcinoma is rare and its prognosis is poor. His diagnosis before intervention is not easy because clinic is poor and complementary exams not specifics. His treatment is radical surgery by laparoscopy associated with chemotherapy. The prognosis is correlated with cancer stage and residual tumoral volume after surgery. We report a 55 years case who underwent coelioscpic annexectomy for left pyosalpinx. Definitive histology answered tubal cancer. Patient dead after three months because disseminated and parietal metastasis

ABSTRACT

The acute fatty liver of pregnancy is a specific disease of pregnancy. Its incidence is rate but prognosis is poor in complicated entities, and can compromise the fetal and maternal life. An early diagnosis of the illeness and a multidisciplinary management based on uterine evacuation and an intensive medical care can improve the prognosis of the acute fatty liver of pregnancy [A.F.L.P]. In hope to contribuate at a bettest approach of this affection, the authors report their experience about 3 cases of A.F.L.P., collected in 1997
