ABSTRACT
Trata-se de uma revisão bibliográfica sistemática integrativa. Utiliza-se de rigorosos métodos sistematizados para seleção e análise dos dados apresentados por estudos anteriormente publicados. Os dados foram coletados em setembro de 2018, optou-se por artigos originais publicados entre 2008 e 2018. Objetivou revisar na literatura os estudos relativos ao tema espaços públicos de lazer com intuito de colaborar na discussão referente a essa temática. Os resultados mostram uma concentração de estudos nas regiões Sul e Sudeste, a maior participação de mulheres como sujeitos dos estudos, a violência e a qualidade do espaço como as maiores barreiras na apropriação e uso dos espaços. As lacunas observadas foram de indicadores do perfil socioeconômico e étnicos raciais e em relação elementos políticos e sociais na apropriação e uso destes espaços.
This study is an integrative systematic bibliographic review. Rigorous systematized methods were used to select and analyze studies previously published. The collection of studies was done in November 2018. Studies published between 2008 and 2018 were selected. The objective was to review the studies related to the theme of public leisure spaces in the literature, in order to collaborate to the discussion related to this theme. The results show the concentration of studies realized at South and Southeastern of Brazil, higher number of women among the studies's subjects, and the violence and space's quality as inhibitors of space appropriation. The gaps observed were indicators of socioeconomic profile and racial ethnic and in relation to political and social elements in the appropriation and use of these spaces.
