ABSTRACT
El presente trabajo describe los hallazgos ecocardiogrßficos en pacientes del Hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo y de la Consulta Privada en el periodo comprendido entre Enero a Diciembre 2006. Se evaluaron 20 pacientes con disfunción diastólica y 40 pacientes con disfunción sistólica, utilizando el estudio ecocardiogrßfico M-B doppler pulsado-tisular y se calculó la presión de llenado ventricular izquierdo. Los pacientes con disfunción sistólica tuvieron el índice de presión de llenado ventricular izquierdo incrementado significativamente (p < = 0,01) con respecto a los pacientes con disfunción diastólica.
The present research shows echocardiographic findings in patients of the Teaching Regional Hospital from Trujillo and Private Practice, in the period from January to December 2006. It were studied 20 patients with diastolic dysfunction and 40 patietns with systolic dysfunction, using echocardiographic M-B pulse-tissue doppler imagen, and the left ventricular filling pressures were measured. Patients with systolic dysfunction had increased left ventricular filling pressure index (p < =0,01) compared to patients with diastolic dysfunction.
