ABSTRACT
Apresentamos reflexões sobre as condições emocionais e psicológicas que famílias, com crianças e/ou adolescentes abusadas sexualmente, têm antes de qualquer atendimento terapêutico. Baseamos nossas reflexões em observações realizadas durante o Ritual de Passagem, que é uma etapa do oferecimentodo Grupo Multifamiliar e ainda se constitui em um contexto de uma pesquisa ação, marcando a passagem das famílias da submissão normativa da Justiça para a possibilidade terapêutica. Oito famílias estiveram presentes a este ritual: quatorze adultos, treze crianças e quatro adolescentes. Várias são as queixas feitas nesse momento: sofrimento sem atenção, choro incontido, silenciamentos, dificuldade de terem um profissional especializado para conversarem. Consideramos que essas famílias se encontram em uma situação paradoxal, na qual têm sua rotina de vida judicializada e se beneficiam com a obrigatoriedade do encaminhamento judicial. É necessário que essas famílias recebam atendimento terapêutico, bem como toda a sua rede de apoio, o mais breve possível à ocorrência da violência.
We present reflections on the psychological and emotional conditions that families, with children and/oradolescents sexually abused, have before any therapeutic attendance. We base our reflections on remarks made during a Passage Ritual which is a step of the offer of the Multifamiliar Group and yetconstitutes a context for an action research, marking the passage of families from the Justice normative submission to the therapeutic possibility. Eight families participated in this ritual: 14 adults, 13 childrenand 4 adolescents. There are various complaints in this moment: suffering without attention, cryoutburst, silence, difficulty of having a specialized professional available to talk to. We consider that these families are in a paradoxal situation in which they have their life routine regulated by justice butwith the benefit of the obligatory judicial procedure. It is necessary that these families receive therapeutic attendance as close as possible to the occurrence of the violence, as well as all its supportnet.
